Canonical notes
Formed in December 2018 by the union of the Kiev Patriarchate and the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church, and granted a tomos of autocephaly by Constantinople in January 2019. Following the Serbian Orthodox Church, this site does not recognize it, while remaining in communion with the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Churches that do.
